First "Family Compline" April 24

For all those with young children, or anyone who considers themselves a young family, we warmly invite you to please join us for Immanuel Church-on-the-Hill's inaugural Family Compline on April 24th from 6:00-8:00 pm.

We will be meeting in the Parish Hall for a pasta dinner and close with a short Compline (evening worship service).  Dinner, salad, tea, lemonade and coffee will be provided, but please feel free to bring any of your own additional beverages. RSVP's are appreciated but certainly not required.

It is our hope to make this a casual opportunity for fellowship among those who are in similar places in life as others in the church.  In addition, we also recognize this is another great opportunity for our children to introduce themselves to one another and maybe make new friends along the way.  Therefore, a few optional activities for children will be made available in the Fairchild Room (adjacent to the Parish Hall).  In addition, for any parents who may prefer the use of Immanuel's Nursery, it will be open and staffed for the evening.

All are welcome, even if you are just visiting, brand new to our community, or your children can not join you for the night; this is a great opportunity to meet other families and make new friends.

If you would like more information or would like to offer your help in any way please contact  John Hogg  your Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries, via email jhogg@icoh.net or directly at 703-370-6555 ext 7.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there!!
