Forum Hour: "Listening for Your Call"

Below is a video of the Forum Hour on "Listening for Your Call," led by Nina Frost on Sunday, October 12, 2014.

The whole question of vocation—what we are “called” to do by virtue of our gifts, talents and passions—arises
throughout our lives: in times of transition and job search, yet also amidst more stable periods. Vocation
questions are ultimately questions about living fully and authentically, and in many ways our search for vocational
identity is more pilgrimage than destination. It is an ongoing pursuit of wholeness that is connected to what we do
in the world, but not limited to it.

Nina H. Frost is a vocational counselor and spiritual director in private practice in New York City and
Virginia. A frequent speaker at churches, she also designs retreats and workshops that help people integrate
Christian spirituality with the challenges posed by career and personal transitions. She has an M.A. in Spiritual
Direction from the General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church, a Certificate in Adult Career Planning
and Development from New York University, and a B.A. in English from Yale University. She is a co-author of the
book Soul Mapping: An Imaginative Way to Self-Discovery
